- Friday, June 13, 1986 - Jordan is Born
- June 13, 2009 - The Forever Jordan Foundation is created to bring awareness to disabled and underprivileged children of Rockland County.
- September 13, 2009 - The Forever Jordan Foundation hosts its first annual 'Rockland barn Raiser' to raise funds to sponsor a Wish from the Make a Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley.
- Project Hope 2009 - The Foundation, with the help of numerous community members, Scouting Troops and School Art Classes, creates over 50 'Baskets of Hope' for children who have lost a sibling, parent or loved one.
- March 1, 2010 - The Breakfast Club is started to collect Breakfast Cereal and donate it to People to People for distribution to the 1,500 - 2,000 children within Rockland County who rely on the food bank for food.
- April 24, 2010 - Jordan will be representing the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley Alumni at the Orange County Choppers First Annual Poker Run. Come visit her at registration. http://www.orangecountychoppers.com
- April 24, 2010 - Sue, Jarrod & Jordan will be volunteering at the Nam Knights Annual Spaghetti Dinner at Hillcrest Fire Department #1 from 4pm to 8pm.
- April 30, 2010 - The Forever Jordan Foundations' Board to attend the 24th Annual Gala to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley.
- May 1, 2010 - May 2, 2010 Educational Warehouse Sidewalk Sale. A portion of the proceeds to benefit the Forever Jordan Foundation.
- May 15, 2010 - Jordan will be making an appearance and supporting Floral Expressions/Arbor Hill Customer Appreciation Day - Sparkill, NY
- May 23, 2010 - Jordan graduates from Rockland Community College with an AA in Humanities & a Certificate in Teaching.
- June 18, 2010 - Jordan is the Keynote Speaker at Rockland BOCES Graduation.
- August 28, 2010 - The Forever Jordan Foundation was the recipient of the proceeds from Jake Addessi's Community Lemonade Stand.
- September 19, 2010 - The Forever Jordan Foundation hosts its 2nd Annual 'Rockland Barn Raiser' to sponsor a Music related Wish for a Rockland County Child in Justin Rogers name.
- September 24, 2010 - Jordan Speaks to the students at The Goddard School in Suffern about the Breakfast Club and feeding the less fortunate children in Rockland.
- October 2, 2010 - The Forever Jordan Foundation attends the Make a Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley 'Walk for Wishes' 5th Annual Walk.
- November 1, 2010 - The Forever Jordan Foundation begins to accept Scholarship Applications for Rockland County Public School Seniors graduating in June 2011.
- November 6, 2010 - Jordan will attend the Make a Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valleys' Volunteer Luncheon.
- December 4, 2010 - Card party for Project Hope.
- December 6, 2010 - The Foundation will be attending JCC Cares along with over 60 other non-profits (www.jccrockland.org)
- January 29, 2011 - The Forever Jordan Foundation to host its first 'Bite Out of Rockland' Dinner at the Blauvelt Fire House.
- April 12, 2011 - Project Art wrapped up with a delivery of $750.00 worth of Art Supplies to Hearts and Crafts Counseling.
- April 13, 2011 - The winners of the 2011 Forever Jordan Foundation Scholarship are Nicole Fitzpatrick from Pearl Rover High School & Joshua Gischner from Suffern Senior High School. Congratulations from everyone at FJF.
- April 29, 2011 - The Foundation will attend the 25th Anniversary Silver Ball for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley.
- May 14, 2011 - The Second Annual Child Expo Sponsored by The Goddard School, Suffern, NY 11am - 2pm.
- June 1, 2011 - Gotta Get Gold - External Fundraising Event
- June 5, 2011 - Link Elementary School - Yard Sale - Bake Sale - Car Wash. Proceeds to benefit the Foundation
- October 1, 2011- FJF will hosted our Third Annual Rockland Barn Raiser. Stay Tuned.
